Strange Wine

Wino

Summer calls for Roof-Top-Wine Parties! You get a couple of friends, some really good wine, some really good beer, some really good cheese, some really good music, and a Fedora. Then just watch the unexpected happen, and you will have a great night. Summer time in El Paso is the one thing everyone looks forward to experiencing.

Downtown El Paso

Downtown EL PASO

This is what my city looks like at night. Its hard to imagine that so much violence and corruption is going on right past these tall buildings. The violence in Juarez is a problem that won't be easily solved or fixed with short-term solutions. Looking down at this scene, the violence, the murders, the unbelievable things that are happening won't even cross your mind. That is the Beauty of El Paso, and its many Scenic areas around the city.

Through The Trees

Sidewalk Downtown El Paso

This is a shot off of the sidewalk downtown El Paso. This was actually an accident, but for some reason I liked the way it came out.

The Plaza, White House, & Mills

PlazaMH

This was a couple of years ago when they began re-construction on the Mills Building Downtown El Paso. The White House used to be a hotel, right next to that is the Plaza Theater. Which was renovated and re-opened to showcase movies every year, amongst other things in between the film festival of course.

Alley

This is one of my first photos with my DSLR, and its in one of my favorite alley ways downtown. To my back, Cafe Central, the most expensive place to eat in town. Classy.

Sara S.

Sara

Thought I'd add some color to my blog, This photo has the most views out of all of my other ones...and I mean it. People must really like the "California Republic," or something like that. She is beautiful though, isn't she? C'mon just look at her!

This is a very common site you'll find in downtown El Paso. The streets are busy with many different people during business hours. Once the clock starts to hit around 6, the streets noticeably become more empty, more quiet. But for now, in this scene, the streets are very much alive, and the roar of cars will not calm down for another few more hours. This is my home, this is where I live.
